Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Board of Commissioners invite you to Union City’s Children’s Halloween Festival on Thursday, October 31, 2024 on 15th Street, between Bergenline and New York Avenues, from 5 to 7 p.m. There will be free rides, candy and activities for children. Admission is free.
