Hudson Regional Health Commission offers FREE in-home COVID and influenza (flu) vaccinations to those who qualify.

Eligibility:

• Hudson County resident
• Considered homebound or unable to leave your home

Vaccines Available:

• Moderna & Pfizer 6 mo. +
• Novavax 12 yrs. +
• Influenza (flu) 18 yrs +

Once we receive your request, our Vaccine Coordinator will call you to screen you and schedule an appointment.
