Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update for February 16, 2021
Posted February 22, 2021Since March 2020, Union City had a total of 10,117 confirmed COVID-19 cases with more than 190 cases over the last 7 days. Sadly, 286 residents have succumbed to the virus. Please continue to keep their families in your thoughts and prayers.
The CDC and NJ Department of Health have approved the start of vaccinations for health care workers, first responders, individuals 65 and older and those who are high risk. Union City has started vaccinating that group and will continue until the State lets us know to open it to other groups.

We are still providing COVID testing on 36th Street between Bergenline Avenue and Kennedy Boulevard. If you want to make an appointment, please call 201-537-5704 for Monday and Friday appointments and please call 201-366-8465 for Tuesday appointments. Appointments are not required on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
