NOTICE TO BIDDERS


NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN, that sealed requests for proposal will be received by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Union City, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on November 8, 2017 at 10:45 AM prevailing time in the City Hall, City Clerks Office, second floor, 3715 Palisade Avenue, Union City, New Jersey, 07087 at which time and place the proposals will be opened and read in public for:

HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT 2017

Proposal information may be obtained at the City Clerks Office, City Hall, Second Floor, 3715 Palisade Avenue, Union City, New Jersey 07087 during regular business hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. Must be addressed to the City of Union City and plainly marked:

"HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT 2017".

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

The City of Union City is soliciting these bids through a fair and open process in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A - 20.5 et seq.

Bidders who are suspended or debarred from contracting with the State of New Jersey or any State agency are ineligible to bid and/or to participate in the Contract.
