Monkeypox Vaccinations
Posted September 06, 2022Hudson Regional Health Commission will be temporarily offering the Jynneos vaccine to eligible individuals at the USS Juneau Center located at 110 South Hackensack Ave in Kearny.
Eligibility:
- Individuals must be a NJ resident
- Individuals that attended an event where known monkeypox exposure occurred within the past 14 days
- Individuals that identify as gay, bisexual, or men who have sex with men (MSM), and/or transgender, gender non[1]conforming, or gender non[1]binary and who have a history of multiple or anonymous sexual partners within the past 14 day.
Individuals are NOT eligible if they are experiencing any type of illness
- Wednesday, September 7th 8 AM - 12 PM
- Thursday, September 8th 8 AM - 12 PM
- Friday, September 9th 8 AM - 12 PM
- Saturday, September 10th 10 AM - 1 PM
The USS Juneau Center is a drive-thru clinic, but a car is not required. Walk-ins are welcomed. An appointment is encouraged, but not mandatory.

The Jynneos vaccine is a 2-dose series, 28 days apart. Your second dose will be automatically scheduled for October 5th – 8th 2022.
