Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Union City Board of Education are excited to announce the launch of the Union City “Roots” Basketball Program, a fantastic opportunity for students in grades 1–6 to learn basketball skills, build teamwork, and have fun!

Program Details:
📅 Dates: December 9, 2024 – March 1, 2025
📍 Location: Union Hill Middle School

Schedule:

• Mondays & Wednesdays:
  🕕 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Doors open at 5:45 PM and close at 9:15 PM)
  (Exact times for each age group will be assigned after registration.)
• Saturdays:
  🕘 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Doors open at 8:45 AM and close at 1:15 PM)
  (Game schedules will be provided after registration.)

Requirements:

• Bring water, appropriate athletic attire, and sneakers.
• Children must be picked up promptly at closing time.

Registration Information:
💲 Fee: $35
Make checks or money orders payable to Union City Board of Education. You just need to scan the Barcode to register! Once registered, just show up for first practice.
