Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Board of Commissioners invite you, your family and friends to the Peruvian Flag Raising Ceremony and Block Party on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. 

Our Flag Raising Ceremony will be held at 12 p.m. in International Plaza, located at 38th Street and Palisade Avenue. Following the flag raising will be a Block Party on 24th Street, between West Street and Central Avenue, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Free rides, popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs and water.
