POSITION DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
The City of Union City, Hudson County, N.J. seeks a qualified individual for the position of Judge of the Municipal Court (part time).
In addition to other duties, the Judge sits on the bench, at a minimum, every Wednesday evening starting at 5:30 p.m., every Thursday morning starting at 9 a.m., and every Thursday afternoon starting at 1 p.m.
The applicant will report to and be under the direction of the Chief Judge of the Municipal Court. Applicants must comply with the provisions of NJSA 2b:12-7.
