Commissioner Celin J. Valdivia

Mayor Stack and the City Commission unanimously voted to select Celin J. Valdivia as new Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation.  Mr. Valdivia is a lifelong resident of Union City, is married and has three adult children and four grand children, is employed by the Union City Board of Education as Transportation Director, and graduated from Rutgers University in Newark with a degree in Political Science.
