ANNOUNCEMENTS
Major Infrastructure Improvements for Summer and Fall of 2010

Dear Friend,

As you know, we have made great progress with regard to local infrastructure. Roads are constantly paved, new curbs and sidewalks have been installed, traffic lights and streetlights are much more common for safety, and hundreds of trees have been planted throughout our neighborhoods.

More good news is on the way. During the summer and fall of this year, new projects will be starting to keep our city safe and presentable. Please examine the pictures and renderings by city engineers, which offer an idea of upcoming improvements.

Please know that these important projects are paid with State and Federal grants and not with Union City taxpayer funds.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact my office or call my cell phone.

Sincerely,

Mayor Brian P. Stack
