Mortgage Assistance Program Application
Posted August 26, 2021To be eligible for this program, an applicant must be a Union City resident who can prove that they suffered an economic loss because of COVID-19. Owner-occupied properties of up to three-
family residences are eligible.
- The total program fund will be $2 million
- Each applicant can receive up to 12 months of mortgage assistance, not to exceed an amount of $25,000
- The application period will be open until 3/31/22 or until the total fund is depleted
Applications and required documents may be submitted by hand to City Hall between the hours of 11 AM – 3 PM on Wednesdays until April 30, 2022 or by appointment. Any questions can be submitted by E-mail to UnionCityAssistance@nwfinancial.com or by phone by dialing 1-888-400-5782.
